It's been 10 days since i placed the order but it has still not been delivered. It's really irritating. There are no updates. Whenever i mail them, all they do is send a computer generated mail. Moreover that phone number is not functioning. I donot even have the option to cancel the order. What the hell is going on? This is really unacceptable.. Please make sure your customer that you value them.. While doing no response, you are losing your customers..

I returned two items and haven't received my refund yet. It's been more tha 20 days.
Contact number of this website doesn't work, they don't even respond to emails. I don't know how to contact them and get my money back.
