Stalkbuylove — no refund since one month

I purchased two clothing items 1. Green trench dress & 2. Port dora buttoned dress, order id:[protected] from stalkbuylove on 13.12.2018 rs 2464/. Even since i ordered from stalkbuylove they have given me nothing but trouble!!!
First they delivered the items late on 30.12.218. The quality & stitching was so bad. Then when i requested a return another problem from them they have not given proper information about the product's to the pick up person three times he came without collecting the product.
Finally when the product's was collected now they causing problem with my refund. They respond to every email that i send to them but it feels like i am talking to a machine that has been fed with a message giving robotic replies that doesn't address & resolve the issue.
Please take action on this fraud company they are cheating people.
