I have ordered the items from the site in september'19. I wanted to return the products of my last order but the option of return is not enabled. Also, i had tried to reach them through mail, website and contact no. But no response has been received till now, their contact no. Is always reflecting that the outgoing services are not available of the number they have provided in their website.

The weird part is that the site is still active to receive the orders but no customer services are responsive from their part at all. '

It is look like that they are trying to clear the stock whether it match up the customers expectation or not and have no intention to refund the money as no response on complaints.
