I had placed order on 1st Sept, 2019 of 3dresses.
Of which all got delivered to my address within 3 days, i having been trying to place return for 2 of them since it has arrived.
But there is not order update on app as well as on website, this is why i am not able to place return by myself.
Being this reason I tried and contact them on their call center number, which is barred.
Next thing was email, where there was no response to any one of my emails out of the multiple I sent them.
Also their policy is only 15 days Exchange/Return, due to their unresponsiveness behavior all the days will pass away and i will be at loss.
The amount of 2 dresses costing Rs.3000/-.
Request you to please help me with this, the company is behaving like fraudulent.
