Hi, i have ordered few stuff on 16th december and have returned the product.
Since then i'm following up for my refund and i haven't got it. People have stopped responding to my calls as well. Today they told that refunds are on hold due to some internal issue.
Company's internal issue is non of customer's concern. I want my refund back!!!
No senior comes on call. No communication. Customers have to email and call and take followups. Was this information helpful? |
