I have not yet received my order no.[protected] placed on 12th october 2019. I have already made a payment of rs 1988/- towards this order. The customer care no. Mentioned on the site is barred and have not received any revert on my emails. The order status is still seen as processing, this looks fraudulent act from the site as there is no revert to emails and the their is already barred.
I request to help in getting the refund of my paid amount.
