Stalkbuylove — online fraud

I ordered a dress worth 3k on october 23rd and i have not received it. Earlier i was able to check my order section of the app but now even the app is not working. This is one hell of online fraud. I want my money back. This is so upsetting. If the company is in loss they should not even accept order or there should have an update in the app, insta handle or fb.
