I hd ordered a skirt nd a top amounting Rs 995 on 20th june nd received the parcel on 25th june bt unfortunately the both d outfits were too small fr me so i decided to return it... So fr the frst 2 days the app ws nt reflecting the delivery completion so i ws nt able to return it and i mailed them atleast 10 times but they didn't responded. Then on the 3rd day the app ws started to reflect the delivery so i opted fr it bt according to them my pincode ws nt apt fr there pickup so they wanted me to self ship the product and i did so on 1st july nd on 3rd july the parcel reached there address but they didn't received it and i tried to contact them bt failed. And at the end... I hv neither the parcel nor got the refund... Win win situation for them.
