Stalkbuylove — order[protected] days since cancelled my order but refund not initiated

Order no[protected] refund of over 950 rupees pending. I have come across multiple complaints ever since, have done several complaints myself. Have tried contacting customer care to no use. Seems have no option but file a complaint with consumer forum. This is so bad. And what an openly fraud website. Why is no one taking any action against it?

I was food enough to place an order @stalkbuylove. 20 passed since I placed the order and I received no update on my order. Have been a bigger fool to pre-pay for it. I cancelled my order and 15 days hence no sign of refund. I later discovered that hundreds of online shoppers were duped of their money by this fraud site.
