I placed an order consisting 3 items on 03.11.2019 and made a payment online. Funds are deducted from my bank. I have still not received any confirmation from your side for the same. It’s been 4 weeks already. Can you please check and tell when i can expect my items to be delivered. If it is not ready then refund my money right away. I ordered a dress from SBL on 24th Nov.. till 29th Nov there was no update on my order so I cancelled my order. I paid online.
Now I put the request for refund but there is no update on that. They don't respond on mails. There is no contact number available.

Fraud company. Govt should look into this and bring back our Money.
