Stalkbuylove — order not received

I emailed them and DM'd them about a parcel (pre-order) I ordered over half a month ago (24th May) and I have not received it till now and they just don't bother to respond back so I commented on one of their posts informing them about the issue and they just keep deleting my comments. They don't have any time to respond back about our orders and to top it off instead resolving the issue they are choosing to delete the comments and ignore my emails. Really pathetic customer service.
