Stalkbuylove — order not received nor refund initiated

I recently ordered 2 items and was not able to track the progress of my order. The payment was made online. I havent received any mail or message about the cancellation. But on the app it is showing cancelled. And no refund is initiated yet. I tried contacting them but unable to do so. There is no proper contacting system they have. And they are not even responding to my mails.
I request you to please look into the matter asap...
