Stalkbuylove — paid for the order but didn't get a delivery

I have placed order and paid for it. I havent received 2 items from the order

This is the height of testing the patience level of a customer. Have been taking follow ups from three months now. And all i am getting is an automated response.

Kindly refund my money. I am expecting an answer. This is really not acceptable.

I placed 2 orders with order id:[protected] and[protected].
i want to initiate return/exchange but return/exchange are not enabled. I have sent multiple emails and try contacted the customer care but got no respond. it has been more than 20 days.
Worst experience and worst site ever.

I placed an ordered in stalkbuylove website in December 2018. I returned the product and requested for a refund. I havent received the refund till today. The order number is
#[protected]. The amount of refund is Rs 2263. The customer care is not connecting. They arent responding to mails. I want an immediate action to be taken against them.
