After waiting for 5-6 days i did not get any sms or email about the status of my product.. Then i got to know what happened with the company.. So i cancelled it.. So pls help me how can i get my money back ☹️.. My order id is[protected]... There is no other way to find them cos the contact number is not there.. I ve a function this week n i didn’t know about the company before.. First time i’m ordering n got cheated badly 😓

I ordered clothes on October 12th (Order Number:[protected] and have been trying to return/ exchange them ever since they got delivered. However I am unable to do so as the return/ exchange option is not visible on the website/ app, and the contact number/ email are not working. Please refund/ contact asap.
