I had placed an order for a dress online on 4th november and the company claims to deliver within 3 days in metropolitan cities. It has been 10 days but there is no update on the delivery status. I also brought this to the concern of the company via mail, twitter, linkedin and instagram but no reply has been received from their end. The payment was made online on 4th november.
