Stalkbuylove — product not obtained

I placed the order on 27/06/2019 but it hasn't been delivered till date. I have enquired about the order many times but didn't receive any information from stalkbuylove. The order has been picked up from the seller but there is no further information regarding the same. The customer care service is responding to my e-mails and their helpline is out of service. Please help.

Updated by tanvita singh There has been no response from their side. I also texted them on Instagram but no response again.

I ordered 3 products from stalkbuylove, and I want to return these products because of bad quality of dresses . There are Buttons which is disabled so I am unable to return my products. I did call nad mails but there's no response from rhta site.
