Stalkbuylove — products not delivered for which I have made the payment already

I've been chasing after the delivery of my orders for which I've made the payment of Rs. 9, 761 already and it has been more than two weeks now and the order is not dispatched yet. I've placed the order on 24th and 25th of May'19. And I'm trying to get in touch with their Customer service team and I'm unable to contact them, it says they're under maintenance.

Please help, it's a huge amount.

Hi,
I had placed an order on May 21st, 2019. It has still not been delivered. I had paid them in advance, an amount of Rs. 2519. Neither is their customer care team available, nor are they responding to mails. Please help me in recovering my money.
