Stalkbuylove — refund not received. it's been a month

I have ordered few products. First the delivery wasn't confirmed from the sbl side even after 5-7 days of delivery so i couldn't return the item once the delivery got confirmed. I returned the item earlier they used to pick-up but now they didn't so i had to return the item on my own and despite sharing all the details via mail a numerous times because of their pathetic website. I still haven't received my refund despite taking such pain and returning the item.
