I made a purchase worth rs. 5771. On placing products for return, i was asked to self-ship even though i have had pick services to my address in bangalore for the past 2 years. I wrote to sbl regarding this and again received no response.
Despite shipping back the products successfully on time and incurring an extract expense of rs. 236 i have not received my refund for over 2 weeks.
I have sent over 10 emails, opened multiple tickets on the website. Tried phoning about 50 times (But now even the phone line is dead). But, receiving absolutely no response apart from automated emails.
This behaviour by the company towards a regular customer is atrocious and i am planning to file a case in the consumer court.
I am absolutely disgusted by this fraudulence. Losing an amount of approximately rs. 6000 is no joke and cannot be ignored. Was this information helpful? |
