My order on[protected] was placed on 9th April 2018 was estimated to be dispatched on 13th and delivered on 17th April, accordingly I planned my vacation on 20th. I have been calling the customer care since past 3 days telling about my plight but all their response has been that they have escalated the complaint and it will be dispatched. Now it is showing dispatched on 17 and today is 18 th April. Still no courier tracking no is available. I am tired of calling customers care and listening to their false promises.
