I requested for return of my order no.[protected]. The delivery executive who came to pick it up cannot find the ean number so he cancelled my return pickup. But the status of cancelled pickup has not been updated on my account. Now i cannot place for return again because it shows my previous return request in process. And neither do i get details of another pickup that should have happened but didn't. I want sbl to arrange for return pickup at my address as soon as possible.
