Stalkbuylove — return of products purchased

I placed an order with this utterly irresponsible consumer website on july 1st, hated the quality of the articles and want to return them.

The order status shows "dispatched" on their app, so i cant place a return until it changes to delivered.

I have made numerous phone calls to their customer care but it is on maintenance slow down.

I have been writing to them on daily basis, but have not heard back.
