Stalkbuylove — return pickup pending for

I purchased a product on 3rd july and got it delivered on 6th july. I wanted to return the product due to the size issue. My order status after 20 days of receiving the product says dispatched and unless it says delivered i cannot raise a refund request. I had sent 4 to 5 emails regarding the issue and apart from an auto-generated reply, i did not get any response regarding my query. I called the customer care number and it is out of service. Instagram is not responding to the mail. I need my product returned and my amount refunded as soon as possible. Mind that your customers are not satisfied with a delayed response.
