Stalkbuylove — trying to return the product due to fit issues but no response from customer care team.

Hello,

I placed an order on stalk buy love on 3rd july 2019 and it got delivered on 9th july 2019. After trying out the dress, i realised its not of the perfect fit for me. Therfore i tried placing a return request, but to my surprise, their order tracking section doesn't show my order as delivered. And because of this i am unable to place any return request. Also, i tried mailing them countless times only to receive an automated response saying that the customer care team is looking into the matter. If the dress doesn't get replaced or returned, its of no use to me.

I am worried about the legibility of this website.
