I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention that occurred on 1/1/2024 around 12.45 pm at stall No 1 and stall no 2 of DDA Market, M Block, Vikaspuri, Near Jeevan Jyoti Nursing Home. My father expired due to covid in year 2020. Both the stalls are bought by my father of his own money, one stall is in name of mother which was done in 2022 by their planning, also, both the stalls are attached to one another, and today, my elder sister [protected]@Harshita Agghi in collusion with her husband Vishal Chhabra has taken possession, created nuisance and broke all the locks and also tried to do construction over my father’s property (2 stalls are jointly attached)
Also, in evening, they also tried to enter our home KG-3/2, Vikaspuri, Near UK Nursing Home around6.30 pm, I called the PCR at 112, they are using my mother to enter to my father’s property, my mother is not staying with us from 8 th August 2023, my maternal family took her with them, I am not denying that my mother will stay at our father’s house, we need court’s intervention in this . We are afraid that my mother will do some dangerous activities or threat to her life or our lives and we are not safe from the maternal family and my brother in law. We are in possession of our house and we need security from the people indulged in court cases I kindly request you to please look into the matter and stop them to do construction as the property/stalls of DDA market are disputed.
I am willing to cooperate fully in any investigation that may follow and provide any further information required.
