Respected Sir/Madam,
I made a Rs.40000/- CFMS challan on[protected] in https://cfms.ap.gov.in portal and taken a hard copy and payment made by cash in State Bank of India, Tiruvuru . After the payment I have noticed that there was a mistake in Challan candidate name as JANAKARAO instead of KANAKARAO. Sub-Registrar was not allowed that challan for registration purpose. after that I have paid amount Rs. 40000/- for new challan for our registration.
Now I'm trying to get refund of my old challan. But nobody gives proper information of applying for refund.
And I complained to the Sub-Registrar, Treasury office, Tiruvuru and CFMS head office, Ibrahimpatnam..But they are not able to give clarity on this. And everybody says that they don't know the process of how to get refund.
If anybody knows about the refund process, please help me.
