Hi Sir/Madam,
I am facing a severe and ongoing issue, as no one has been responding to my concerns. Despite multiple follow?ups over the past three months, there has been no resolution.
I have repeatedly tried to reach out to the on?site staff, including Warden Jyoti Ma’am and caretaker Mayank, but there has been no response. Commitments are made but continuously broken, which has been extremely frustrating and distressing.
I sincerely request that someone from the management comes forward to listen to and address the residents’ issues. This is a serious matter and requires immediate attention.
Kindly intervene at the earliest and provide a clear point of contact who can take ownership of this issue.
