I am the owner of a residential property located at Channasandra Near, Near RNSIT College, RR Nagar, Bengaluru, which has been leased to DTWELVE SPACES PRIVATE LIMITED for operating a long-stay PG accommodation business.
As per the lease agreement, the lessee is responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. However, the property is currently being maintained very poorly. The premises have become unhygienic due to improper cleaning, poor waste management, lack of regular maintenance, and negligence in upkeep.
Due to the property not being maintained in a proper, clean, and hygienic condition, it is creating serious health and safety concerns for the guests staying at the premises. Such negligence may lead to unhygienic living conditions, spread of infections, and risk to the well-being of occupants.
Further, the present condition of the property is causing deterioration to the building and may lead to structural and quality-related damage if not addressed immediately. Despite raising concerns, the maintenance standards have not improved.
