Im seriously concerned about this issue .. we are not able to get a decent night's sleep for the past few months ( it brought me here to write down this at midnight 2:00am now cuz we r lack of sleep due to bedbugs), everyone o[censored]s are sleeping with wholesome of rashes on our bodies from last few months.. despite my continuous complaints… It's incredibly frustrating, and the bedbug situation is only getting worse day by day…. I urgently request that you take immediate action to address this issue.
also when I've raised complaints with Stanza.. the previous resident captains, they have a habit of closing the tickets without any contact or resolution, simply marking them as solved. Please, watch the videos I've shared; they clearly illustrate the extent of the bedbug infestation.
