Hello, I’m a resident of Marseille House ( Stanza Living ). It’s been one month since I onboarded and I have been facing nothing but issues only since then.
Having booked and paid for an AC now, I had to stay without my AC working for 2 straight weeks just because they wouldn’t get the AC repaired. After after repeated complaints, they did not take it seriously, so much so that I had to shift to another room . Now this new room’s AC died in just a week, I’m a paying customer and I’ve paid for an AC room but here I am without an AC for 3 weeks collectively.
