I did not receive the room that was promised to me earlier(SBU0106) despite being informed that there was a separate section for ladies on the first floor by the Sales Manager (Saddam Khan). I had paid a bonus of 6000 and visited the property, but the behavior of the manager was unacceptable and the promise of a ladies section and availability of a room on the first floor was not fulfilled. As a result of the poor experience and rude behavior of the manager, I have decided not to stay at the property, need refund of Rs 6000 which i have paid at the time of booking.
