Star Airlines — Flight Cancellation - Poor Customer Service and communication

Hello Sir/Madam,

I bought a flight ticket with Star Airlines. Date of Journey 12 July 24, 7:00 AM from Bangalore to Nagpur, Flight no: S5245, PNR No: 44DLPF.
Cost: Rs 14050

Due to Operational issues, flight rescheduled on the same day to 4:00 PM. But at 1:35 PM, got an email saying flight got cancelled.

I Called several times to customer care multiple times. I was held on call with IVRS for so much time and then disconnected. As I don't have any clue from airlines so at 2:15 PM, due to urgency I Booked another airline (Indigo) to Nagpur, Cost Rs 23, 217

At 3:30 PM, got a call from Star Airlines and told that an alternative flight is going to be arranged at 9:15 PM which is after 14 hours from actual scheduled departure or refund of the star airline ticket price.

If airlines pay ticket price Rs 14050 also, I am at loss of 1 day to my work and Rs 9167 (23,[protected] for additional cost for alternative flight booking because of poor customer service and late communication by Star Airlines. I requested for the compensation to my loss. But it is denied by Airlines

I sincerely urge you to look into my case in the attachments and do justice in my case.
