I wanted a commercial cab driver and when browsing fell into the trap called star groups in month of feb 2nd week. They told that they will provide me driver within 3-4 working days. I waited till march no response and they started giving all fake responses and stopped picking call from our numbers. I was fed up and finally decided to quit their services as they never started the services with me. I mailed them regarding the cancellation and asked for the refund of 15k that i had made to them on 3rd week of march.
till date they are making fake promises of giving money and from last week they are not picking up calls from number too.
A representative from the company also signed a agreement with me that on a particular date he will refund the money and if the company fail to do so, he will refund from his account. and its been 3 weeks since then he also failed to do so. Was this information helpful? |
