Hi,
I have made an agreement with Star Group on 20th March 2017. At the time of the agreement, their executive had said that they will be sending drivers with 3 to 5 years experience. However, they sent two drivers who had less than 6 months experience and have just come to Bangalore a week back.
Even after repeated calls all their mobile numbers, I am not getting a proper response. Two of their numbers are switched off now. The representative who came to collect the money is no longer receiving my calls. He refuses to see my Whatsapp messages too.
It looks like this company is a big cheat and they are just trying to pool in public money without providing proper drivers.
