Hello,
Myself Deependra Kunwar I want to highlight an issue regard Star Health Insurance services, I had asked for preventive health checkup which is my additional benefit when there is no claim in the previous year. But when I tried to align a schedule for checkup they told me that there is an technical issue at their end. The request was made on 21 September and today its 6th Oct still waiting. So many call I made sometimes they say 24 hr/48 hr and now they are saying few more days. What a pity to such an organistaion that they cant event to resolve it in 15 days. How I am going to trus them when a person is in need and they will say it will take time. No concrete feedback from Star Health when it will get resolved. This is how they treat? VEry much disappointed with them.
