Star Imaging — Illegitimate Blood Test Report

This is in reference to blood test conducted in the laboratory for my son Age 2 years and 8 months. The test undertaken was Allergy Panel (comprehensive) on 21 Jan 2017 which was performed with a view to get an insight of allergens to which his body is susceptible.

What we already knew was the child was already allergic to Egg White however; surprisingly the conducted test reflected NIL allergies from Egg which simply placed the sanctity of whole report under question.

I had a telephonic conversation with Doctor at the centre and the contact point Mr. Vinod, who are simply UNWILLING to hear anything on this matter and are of the opinion to stand firm with the erroneous report.

I certainly feel that the centre is not responding well to the damage that has been done and rather than processing the refund for the money charged is rather stressing to have faith on the report that is illegitimate.

I would not hesitate to take this further to the level where I get heard and get the refund of my money.
