Star Imaging & Path Lab — Baby girl 1.4 year x ray not done as per suggested by doctor & misbehave

This is a consumer complaint against Star Imaging and Path Lab (P) Ltd, 4B/3 Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110018. As Dr Harish Arora (Rohini) suggested & mention Xray detail but when it was done wrongly as confirmed by Dr Harish Arora, we went back to lab we were told that the lady who did the xray is not available she will be available in evening we asked to come again in evening.

on 12th April 2016 In the Evening we got call from lady who did the xray said, it was right xray as suggested by Doctor but on 13th April when we went back to Lab other Lady blaming on Doctor Writing we had already snap shot of that report which was from 8th April.

after explaining all story when we showed the snapshot of that report other person came name (Ashish) & admitted the mistake by Star Lab & said they are ready to return the amount.

One more senior person came from Lab he also admitted the mistake & requested us to bring baby back to lab to to test again

Amount is not our concern it was dangures for baby also so we request you to not prefer to Star Lab as they misbehaved & not accepting there mistake
