SLCN Engineering services of Kramer view trades as Mowit from the Hobart Shopping centre in Bryanston. telephone numbers [protected] and [protected] email [protected]@mbdd.co.za. on Tuesday 5 April I took my mower in for repairs. the following is an email to them with zero response: Brian, On Saturday the 9th April I came to Mower Services (Mowit) to collect my mower handed in for repairs. As you will recall your card machine was not working and you suggested I EFT the amount. When looking down I immediately told you that the mower you had was not mine.
You subsequently promised to search for my mower and to date I have not heard from you.
I lodged a claim with my Insurer who require an SAPS case number. To do this I need the names of your staff who: accepted my mower, arranged for the mower to be sent to your workshop, who took the mower to your workshop, who received the mower at your workshop, who repaired the mower, who sent and transported the mower back to mower services and who received the mower at mower services.
Somewhere my mower was swopped for another and I am now asked to pay for repairs to a mower that is not mine and also accept this other mower.
