I was surfing through channels yesterday and i came across this serial named 'yeh hai mohabbatein' which has an ongoing track that shows a muslim woman extorting property from others with intimidation and violence. I find this depiction extremely disturbing and discriminatory. With the religious unrest in our nation at this time, it is imperative that your channel shows harmony and peace amongst all. Though, it might not be your intention to do so, unconsciously this message is given. The character has a strong resemblance to haseena parkar and reduces muslims as extortionists and criminals.
