I joined star world wide company in the month of sep 2019.. They offered me 26+ as my take home based on which i agreed to join them later which they offered only 25+k when i questioned them about it they started giving excuse there is a pf rule change. After joining there was no proper training given. Most of time i spent my days watching movies n videos on you tube. There was lady mrs. Mary who was my reporting manager who never took any effort to train me. She was worried about about me learning the job soon which will affect her. She used to always fight with all the employees in office and scold the people using #, rascal. The office was one km away from the bus stop and we used to ask any staff to pick n drop us. When i call someone to pick me and drop me mary used to come in between n order me to take a drop or pick from other staff. If someone doesn't do anything which she says she used to tell head office which we never added in the statement. Like, once in her absence i had a doubt where in i called chennai branch n clarified the doubt next day she raised her voice on me for surpassing her n told head office that i'm uncomfortable with her which i never told. After all des i feel sick, where in doctor advised to take rest. I sent the medical certificate to head office to approve the leave which they refused and verbally they told they will approve 5 days of leave but while writing an email they approved 3 days of leave. Later which considering my health i resigned the company. Since i wanted money for the medical expenses i joined another company. I had my previous company pf amount which i transferred to star world wide company which they need to accept so that i can withdraw. I spoke to the hr he told till i complete the exit formality he cannot do that. I sent a official mail for which no one replied, next day i went to office later i got to know assistant manager is on leave. I asked mary why no one replied me when i sent a mail she replied carelessly. Even hr did not respond properly. Later i sent mail marking the director of the company in bcc even she replied should we give u award for coming to office. I told i don't expect any award but you should have told me that the am is on leave so that i would have come when she is available. Director told it is not required for us to tell you about that, the company will call you when it is needed then you come. It's been 10days no one called me still... I have too many issues which i'm unable to solve without finance support if this company doesn't complete my exit formality i should hang myself. The company is not hygiene place to work. The toilet room is not cleaned properly, people are unprofessional, no training given, too much dust, no face mask or hand gloves given.
