Ey boi online banking and IT departemnt,
has anyone told you tht you are one of the rubbish online banking system a customer can work on. R u guys aware abt this ? i m your patron since 30 years and reely regret this part of you guys . it reely sucks !!
today - 30-jan-2024.. operating hours 11.00am onwards the site is working on a snail pace... 7 times it has logged me out.. it keeps buffereing guess due to your rubbish server ... do not dream to blame my internet as other indian banks website worked seamlessly ... its just due to this blame game you never improve n UP your game. wt wld only take me a 15min job took away my 50mins of time and hence this letter to u ... today was heights and generally is similar
