My father has purchased two bonds of Stars Mutipurpose Cooperative Society on 25.02.2016 with maturity date 25.02.2019. When we got to know something about issue with sahara and asked agent to refund money, he promised to pay on maturity regardless of ongoing issue in Sahara. Now after 1.5 years of maturity, we are not getting invested amount. Agent is avoiding calls and office is closed. Kindly help us to get the money as we are now in dire need of money. Payment not received after maturity period was over & payment due date was 11.7.2020.
No one is responding.

What to do with these certificates
Please give compensation in return

15000 invested in Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. Maturity Date have passed in 30/12/2021. But maturity value not received. Online application also made on Sahara refund portal but membership not showing there. I have given a new membership form to Sahara branch but it is not updated since last 2yrs. Kindly help me to get my maturity values on most priority.
