I had subscribed to the algo service provided by the company on assurance by the sales person that i could make consistent profits with even a small capital. He persuaded me to subscribe for 6 months service on this assurance. After making the payment they said that i have to sign a disclaimer that the company will not be responsible for any losses. This is a normal phenomenon that no trader can always make money from the market.

However, when they are providing services at a high price, they have a responsibility to ensure that the losses are minimised and the profits maximised not the other way round.

In the month of december, after starting the service, i incurred a loss of rs 10k almost and my capital was reduced to 11000 from 20000. When i contacted them they added other stocks to watch with simulated trading. Even in that i got more losses than profits. After that they provided me a list of all the stocks that were added in the system - i have been tracking those stocks for almost 10-12 days but i cannot see consistent results.

I sent a mail asking them to refund the money i paid for the services since i am unable to trade any more because of inadequate capital causing loss to me but they have not responded at all.

Their only motto is to sell their product to investors and then make no commitment or even after sales service.
