Startup Database Company — penalty paid but I still didn't get salary from them.

I was offered this job via a phone call. I genuinely thought that this is a real company. They told me to complete 700 forms from their online site within 6 days. I registered with them.in the agreement there was written that each form is 25 rupees, so my salary was 17500 rupees/weekly. If i make any mistakes while filling up the forms i have to pay 4000 rupees to them, and they will return it with my salary. I agreed.
I started work at 30th august, after two day my id got blocked so i called the person who gave this job. She told me to call customer service and the customer service told me that i will get a call from their qc department withi 2 days. After 2days i got call from qc department, he told me i forgot to log out the website, that's why my got blocked. I told him i didn't forgot to log out, i had a electricity power blackout in my area and i don't have a ups in my computer system. He told me he cannot do anything, it was the agreement. Either way i agreed to pay him 4000 rupees. After 12 hours they opened my id, and i completed the work.
Next day i called the customer care number to inform that i completed the work. She told me within 2 day i will receive my payment. But it didn't happen. So i called them day after day and they just delayed the date of payment. After 2 months of calling she told me in the 700 forms there was 2 form which were blank. So that is why my payment is pending. They told me to pay them more 2000 rupees. I really needed my payment from them because of my family condition, i was really frustrated. So paid them more 2000 rupees. But they started to delay the dates again.
After some time i thought i should look up for this company, then i came to know this is a fraud company.
I just want my money back. I paid them 6000 rupees, and i'm from lower middle class family. I really need that money.
Please help me, it's 3 months i'm looking for help. Please help me.
