Statco — Asking registration fees

First they did not ask for registration fee for typing project. after completing project they ask 5399. but i don't accept. then they ask 3029. i paid. I too lost 3029rs to this statco. But after that they won't reply and give me salary. How can we get refund. Any idea . I have christina, jessy number and i have two upi id s number of giramyna nagaraj and v ramesh upi id s. I have transaction screenshot of payment paid by me How do we complaint with this details. Anyone have idea, ?
