State Bank Of Mysore — Discrepancy in amount drawn through ATM | |||||
Respected Sir, On 29.04.2017 at about 17.50 Hrs, While I was drawing Rs.20, 000/- through one of the ATMs at Gangammagudi SBI ATMS, it took a long time to process my request n istead of Rs.20, 000/- only Rs.500/- came from ATM. Also it delivered balance slip showing deduction of Rs.20000/- from my S.B.account [protected] of State Bank of Mysore, Shaktingar Dist. Raichur(IFSC code SBMY0040452. Immediately I lodged a complaint with customer care and today i.e. on 02/05.2017 I have lodged complaint in my bank. But so far problem is not yet set right . I have to get back Rs.19, 500/- to my account. Please make necessary arrangement to set right the problem n credit Rs.19, 500/- to my S.B. account cited above.
