Online payments for bsnl bill no[protected] with transaction id's IG0BQBFPC8 and IG0BQBFWP1 got failed for the bill amount Rs. 412 for each transaction on 10/03/2016. Amount Rs.824 has to be reversed to the account from both the transactions which not happened till date. Please do the needful at the earliest. Written Complaint given at home branch.
