Greetings!.
My name is dr. Leena smita and i hold an account in sbm kavalbyrasandra branch. My account number is [protected]. Since i live away from bangalore, i requested the concerned bank authorities to update my old mobile number to a new number and the bank employee asked me to fill out the mobile updation form available online. I did the needful and submitted the scanned copy on their registered email id provided by them. I was promised that my number would be updated by 7 pm in the evening. Now, when i call them regarding the issue, which they haven't resolved, they show a lot of irritation and refuse to even listen to my problem and are asking me to visit the branch. Kindly address the issue and do as promised by you. Kindly go through the email sent to you and do the needful. I would like to know, why only our banks in india do not have integrity and do their work on time?. Is it only me facing issues like this, or is this a nationwide phenomenon.
