I received call from mr. Nitin ([protected]) ahmadabad for new credit card. I have already given correct detail about my exiting credit card and limit 26000 rs. I received sms from the bank with application number[protected] and also received called from nitin that my card has been approved and submit doc. When next day i called to him for doc collection he said that card will not approve to me because my exiting card limit is low, i said that i have already told you than how i got sms for confirmation than he said by mistake he updated my limit 36000rs in his system. I also called on [protected] and talked with ruhi for regarding this complaint but she was very rude and hold my call for 1.50 hrs and no any response look in to this issue and take action against both staff and do process for new credit card.
