We had booked our freight for packing, loading, unloading and unpacking from delhi to jaipur on May 10, 2017. The company demanded full payment before the freight was sent from delhi. We did full payment (4000(cash)+5000(through neft) towards freight charges (7500/-)+insurance charges (1500/-). The consignment was sent but the driver came alone. He called some local person for unloading and hurriedly left after unloading. He didnot unpack the frieght. After unpacking we found the plastic cooler damaged damaged for which the company is denying. Further, the company is not sending bill and insurance papers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
